The Calcio Hawks Rush Youth Development Academy program (YDA) caters to boys and girls with birth years 2013-2009.  The YDA program focuses on early youth soccer development.  It introduces the game to these young players in a fun and dynamic fashion through the use of age-appropriate skill activities and small-sided games, where “learning” the game is just as important and exciting as “playing” the game.

We will open this up to Club AND Non-Club Players.*

Calcio Hawks Rush YDA program is specifically designed for young athletes ages 8-12 years old.  Our club’s Directors have developed a curriculum and training method that is in line with the US Soccer Federation player development initiatives.  Each YDA season lasts approximately 5 weeks long.

Curriculum Includes:

• Footwork
• Passing technique
• Shooting technique
• Dribbling
• Decision Making

The Youth Development Academy is led by Calcio Hawks Rush coaches and professional staff.

All players are expected to bring a soccer ball, shin guards, and their favorite drink to all sessions.
