ABOUT US

Calcio Hawks Rush was established in 1993 as then-Calcio Express Hawks FC. Since then, Coach Mike Intravaia has coached and trained kids aged 7 to 19. In that time, he has multiple wins in state playoff and national playoff in Orlando, Florida. Coach Mike also coached the Marion High School Boys and Girls Soccer teams from 2000-2007 and was named the South Seven Conference Coach of the Year in 2006. Many kids that Coach Mike has coached went on to play at the collegiate level on soccer scholarships. Coach Mike is a member of the National Federation of High School Associations and owns a Soccer National D License.

PHILOSOPHY & STYLE OF PLAY

Calcio Hawks Rush was founded with the Italian soccer philosophy in mind. Developed as an educational organization, our objective is to teach and help with the player’s development. Our primary goal as a club is to help each player achieve their goals with a basic program of training. Our teaching and training methods include the development of physical, technical, and tactical skills, providing the needed challenge to develop the players. Another one of our goals is to educate the players through soccer and make a beneficial change in each life.
